The Sugar Bowl will be in the Palouse Empire Mall next to Quiznos (it hasn't opened up yet either) sandwiched (HA! very "punny") between the China Buffet and Hallmark. They should be opening in just a couple weeks! YUMMY! And it looks like I'll need to head down to Archie's Place too (I also {heart} vanilla milkshakes!)
